My dear friend Carol Yarrow has launched a Kickstarter campaign for her new photography book. Her series of work intimately captures the lives of the Lacandon Maya, whose land and resources are quickly vanishing, threatening their very existence. In the tradition of the great Magnum photographers, Carol's photographs are both powerful reportage and elegant aesthetic doorways into a rarified world.
